  • PAYMENTS

    • Prices are in US Dollars (USD). The charge will be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate used by the bank or by PayPal at the time of the transaction
    • Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer
    • The transfer of ownership occurs as soon as the buyer has paid the full price

    SHIPPING

    • National and international shipments
    • Shipments within Mexico and to the United States are free. For shipments to other international destinations, a quote must be requested
    • Shipment will be made preferably by FEDEX and may take from 5 to 10 business days (in Mexico and the US)
    • For artwork that exceeds 70 cm. (27.5 in.) in any of its measurements, it will be shipped roled in a packing tube for its greater protection
    • Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duty and/or tariff

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • Due to the nature of the artwork, there are no exchanges. Returns will only apply in case of damage suffered during shipping
    • The buyer must verify the condition of the artwork as soon as they receive it, and in case there is any damage, they must immediately contact Arte Rocío Olguín via email at info@arterocioolguin.com within the first 48 hours, mentioning in detail what happened
    • The amount invoiced for the work will be returned within 15 days after receiving the returned damaged artwork. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer
