This new piece that I have titled "Pair in 3 colors", is my first experiment that I do with the lost plate woodcut technique. It has been an interesting experience but also a bit technically complicated because I am in the process of learning to work with my own press that I was able to buy at the beginning of the year, and also because I used this exercise to understand the principles of how to do the color separation. , as well as taking care of the registry as much as possible.
It is printed on a corrugated cardboard in the measurement of 19x17.5 cm and the paint I used was oil, to be able to have a greater range of contrast. I have also mounted it with an ocher-colored marialuisa, which gives it a good presentation.
